Positive: The property was clean and we were able to use all the facilities as and when necessary. The gentleman helper (I am bad with names) was FANTASTIC!! He was always polite, friendly and very helpful. The location was amazing and was one of the main reasons why we booked there. The main lady met us on the first day to let us in and hand us the room keys (having a lock on your own room, made us feel more comfortable and secure). The room was enough space for us. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was always clean and it seemed that others using it was also ensuring the shared facilities were being cleaned too after their use. Everyone did their own thing and didn't interfere at all during our stay.
Negative: Once or twice someone left their clothes in the machine, which meant we were unable to sort ours out. However, this was sorted afterwards. One other guest did have their phone on loudspeaker at one time, however, this wasn't a major thing for us. Maybe offer a drying rack for the room, as one washing line is not sufficient enough for everyone. The only thing is that if we did not have internet/data on our phone, then there was no way to get in touch to state that we are downstairs to be let in. So maybe, let the individuals know which button to buzz to enter the property.
Summary: Great location, Clean accommodation and friendly/helpful gentleman worker onsite.
