Relax at CC Cottage, a peaceful rental on the outskirts of Cape Charles. Large lot with fenced backyard and room to play. Circular drive accommodates several vehicles. Room to park boats to the side of the house. The turn into the driveway can currently fit a tandem axle trailer for a 27-28' boat.
Single floor living but please be careful of the step out of the suite and the step out of the kitchen.
Bedroom off the living room with a queen, bed, desk, and en suite bathroom. Another bedroom off the kitchen with another queen and desk. Third bedroom with a trundle (2 single beds). Two more can sleep in the pullout couch.
We require the rental agreement to be completed and returned.

Summary: My two kids (7,9) spent a week here with thier grandparents. The house is well laid out and the amenities have received a good amount of consideration, giving the interior the cleaner lines and design feel of a hotel. The cottage is quiet, with a big front yard and lovely back porch. All rooms are on the same level with only small step ups and step downs- a good feature for my elderly parents.
