harbor, train station, museums, entertainment, public transport, are easily accessible within a short walk (average 5mn) beach 15 min.
This place is perfect in any season for your holidays, your hobbies or work.
Access to Biot, Sophia-Antipolis, Juan-les-Pins, Grasse, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Ventimiglia market on Friday all these cities are direct by train or bus.
A direct bus from Nice airport drops you off 7 minutes walk away.
This apartment of 47 m2 is complete for your comfort, the decoration is neat, warm and efficient lighting, air conditioning is also heating the winter, double glazing.
It has an entrance hall, a nice living room with small balcony, a TV, a DVD player, unlimited internet with wi-fi, mini-channel, sofa bed with a mattress thickness 13 cm.
