Positive: Location is close to restaurants and supermarkets. The landlady is kind and most helpful..
Negative: You need to climb a number of stair, equal to a fourth floor, quite a challenge with suitcases of 24 kg. The bed/matrass needs replacement, the springs start to poke you in the back.
