Travel Purpose: business

Positive: I am usually a budget traveler and thus have low expectations, and also this is this property's first review so I'm giving them a 10. The host was very responsive over WhatsApp and helped resolve any issues I had. I was very pleasantly surprised to see a well equipped kitchen, lots of clothes hanging space, a balcony with a grill, and good working WiFi. The bedside lamps had both European and American electrical sockets and came with a multi-adapter charging cable, which I thought was a nice touch. In-unit laundry with soap provided was amazing! It was also an easy walk to Zurich Hauptbahnhof, with several grocery stores nearby.

Negative: Very minor details, especially compared to all the great things that did exist: The toilet lid wasn't secured properly and would hit you on the back when sitting down, which was gross and annoying. There was no cutting boards in the otherwise well equipped kitchen. Finally, shower pressure was lacking and the temperature was highly variable. Be prepared to clean up some on your departure, while it's the norm on (insert other accommodations website here), I think it's less common on Booking.com
