Positive: This hotel saved our trip, our original hotel gave away our room and we had no where to go in the middle of the night, luckily we were able to book with Chapi Hotel and the owner did everything she could to make sure we had somewhere to stay that night and put us in a lovely room in her mums hotel down the road. Our room at Chapi was ready in the morning and we moved across to Chapi. The aircon worked brilliantly and the beds were very comfy. The owner was so so helpful with booking tours, taxis and also giving us great recommendations of local food and restaurants. She went above and beyond. The rooms are simple but very clean.
Negative: Maybe the towels could be a bit bigger and Access to a fridge for cold water would be great. Everything was great just some ideas for improvements.
