Our home is pet-friendly with a non-refundable cleaning fee. Pets must be included in the reservation, and their messes must be picked up daily. There’s an extra charge if pet messes aren't cleaned, and pets must be secured if left unattended.
Safety Notes: Kids under 12 must have adult supervision in the hot tub at all times. Children cannot ignite the fire pit or BBQ. Streets are snow-plowed in winter, so street parking is prohibited during this period.
Getting around is best by car (suv for winter weather) though bicycling is very big here in Flagstaff. Taxi’s, bus (Mountain lines bus to get around town-public transit) also available.

Large Fenced backyard. Non-refundable deposit of 75.00, per pet, is required at time of booking and pets MUST BE ON THE RESERVATION.
Pet owners will be REQUIRED AND EXPECTED, TO PICK UP THEIR DOGS POTTY MESSES. This, is NOT THE CLEANERS RESPONSIBILITY!! ALL dog messes are to be picked up daily, disposed of in bucket provided for you. At the end of your stay tie the bag up and put in garbage can provided for you.
WE love sharing our vacations with our fur babies.....but it’s up to you, to keep our home clean and odor free, inside and out. The dogs are never to be left unattended at the house without their human! If you plan to leave pet alone for even a short time, they will need to be kenneled and not left to be in house in all rooms. Pets can be anxious at a new place and tear things up, soil carpets etc we cannot have this. Protect them and secure them.
