Summary: Check in instructions did not exist - bedroom TV was not working nor was kitchen disposal - these were quickly fixed. Grill and lanai furniture could be updated. When arrived thorn bushes over ran the patio area - had to cut them down for safety purposes - something that easily could have been seen and addressed prior to arrival. Thks
