This gem has a nicely appointed kitchen with new appliances and kitchenware, one King and one Queen bedrooms with all new bedding and linens, and completely renovated bathrooms. The intimate 14 unit complex offers a private pool for residents, weekly maid service and a concierge service through our property management team. Free internet, smart TVs, and free bottled water. Daily maid service and airport transfers are available at additional charge. There are approximately 8 small steps to access the condo and the complex does not have an elevator.
There is a nearby funicular which operates daily until 11pm as an option to the stairs that lead down to Olas Altos.
