Enjoy waterfront living in this cozy New England cottage - Property 304. With two bedrooms and two baths, six guests are able to be comfortably accommodated, and are able to choose from a queen-sized bed and a pyramid bunk bed (queen on bottom/twin on top) plus a sleeper sofa on the lower level. There are two bathroom, one on each level, each with a shower stall only.
The living room offers plenty of seating for your group to gather and talk about the day’s plans, or catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen television. The kitchen is fully-equipped, with both large and small appliances, and ready for meal prep. Dine as a family at the six-person table, or take your plates to the sun-room to enjoy the gorgeous natural lighting and beautiful lake views. A gas grill is also available for your use. Downstairs, guests will find another sitting room, complete with a television, books, and cozy seating, perfect for the kids!
The public beach is conveniently a half mile away, and all guests must read and sign the Association Rule prior to this home’s final rental confirmation. Guests also have access to the shared 22ft dock and a water trampoline, just steps from the house, for swimming, fishing, and boating.
