Welcome to our 1600 sq. ft. fully renovated ground level private 3 bedroom suite. We are located in a Renfrew Heights neighborhood. Walk to Sky train station or catch the transit to visit popular sites or downtown. Two big shopping mall near by. Metrotown and Brentwood Mall. Walk to grocery, restaurant, kids playground and parks. Well equipped kitchen, washroom, internet and a washer/dryer. Less than 10 min drive to popular ethnic street Commercial drive. Where you can enjoy ethnic food.
1600 s.f 3 large bedroom with comfortable king size beautyrest mattress. This suite has one private three piece bathroom. Living room has a 55' LED TV . Very comfy couch. It has lounge chair for the book lover to cozy up. Complimentary hi speed wifi, cable with Netflix.
Free street parking in front of the house and the back of the house.
There is absolutely NO smoking inside the house and on the patio. If there is residue of smoke smell in the house, there will be an extra cleaning fee as some of our guest are sanative.

Summary: The house itself was decent. It was very clean in most parts but if you look in the corners or at the end of the hallway not so much. There was construction on the Main Street so no parking other than at the alley where you have to walk up a couple flights of stairs. I chose this property because my mom has limited mobility and there was an entrance from the street where she wouldn’t have to use stairs. Since the street was closed this was not possible and it was a real burden. Evidently the construction has been going on for a while and this should be in the property description. Had I known we would have simply stayed at a hotel. Also the heaters did not work at all and it was quite cold. They did try to fix but were unable to and provide person space heaters. These were ineffective and could not be used in all rooms or the circuit flipped. There is one tv in the living room and you need to have your own streaming accounts - Netflix and Amazon Prime only. It’s is at least 35 minutes from the airport - not 10 as advertised. It’s at least 20 from the cruise ship terminal.
