Positive: The floor layout was nice. The location was perfect.
Negative: The gas furnace was falling apart, the curtain in the second room was missing its cord, so I could not pull the curtain up. Coffee pot present but to filters to be used. The main light in the second bedroom needed to be changed, had to use the closets like to see. The door to the bathroom in the hallway did not close correctly.
