This delightful Grade II listed cottage is situated in the village of West Lutton, near Driffield and sleeps five people in three bedrooms.
Clara's Cottage is a superb Grade II, semi-detached cottage situated in the village of West Lutton, ten miles from Driffied. This cottage sleeps five people and has three bedrooms, consisting of a king-size double, a double and a single, together with a bathroom with whirlpool bath. The cottage also has a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside there's off road parking for two car and an enclosed lawned garden with summerhouse, furniture and barbecue. Clara's Cottage is a lovely base for exploring the area.

Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with BT TV, DVD, CD/radio with Bluetooth speaker, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars at front of cottage on bridge over stream. Secure bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden with summerhouse, furniture and BBQ. Use of two bicycles (to be used at own risk). One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Farm shop 3 miles, pub 2 mins walk. Coast 15 miles. Note: Property has steep stairs, there’s one step down from the double bedroom and the floors are uneven in places, not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Sloping ceilings in bedrooms. Note: Shallow stream to front of property, children and pets must be supervised at all times.
