This luxurious property which was only renpvated in 2018, is located in the heart of the wine village of Monthelie, close to Meursault. It has a main building comprising of ground floor with entrance hall with toilet and an open plan living room / kitchen area. Upstairs are two bedrooms, the first with bathroom / wc, and the second with bathroom / shower with separate toilet.
An independent storeroom acts as the laundry room in which 4 e-bikes can be recharged.
There is a third building that shelters a corner plancha with a lovely terrace where you can enjoy alfresco dining.
The outdoor areas are composed of a large paved courtyard facing south and two small gardens areas.
