Small very rustic house made of wood and stones where you will find calm and rest. It is surrounded by 13 hectares of fields cultivated in organic farming and is located 500 m from the road.
The shops are located 7 km from us (intermarché-petrol station) and 3 kms from the village (pharmacy-bakery-tobacconist-post office-butcher), further on Bergerac and Marmande 30 minutes by car. Night markets in the surrounding villages in summer seasons which allow you to discover their street entertainment as well as their regional meals.

Summary: Fabulous location with outstanding views. Very tranquil with horse and donkeys in neighbouring field. Owners were exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful to us despite a language barrier. The owner does not speak English and my French is GCSE standard but we were able to communicate, locate a vet for dog passports and were informed of local walks, facilities, day and evening markets . The owner and ourselves had fun trying to have day to day conversations and communicating needs. The local.markets were fun and evening market in Eymet was fabulous entertainment with food stalls and tables to eat in the square. WiFi was intermittent but it was great just to get away from the outside world and sit and enjoy evenings sitting outside the property with wine , conversation or playing games.Teenagers may struggle with intermittent Wi-Fi but going into the town to restaurants or cafe easily can rectify that. We walked to Lauzun which was approximately 2 miles away. Lovely walk.
