Positive: It's a very pleasant place. The house is very clean and spacious. The view is quite good. The kitchen is adequately equipped and hygienic. There are pans and pots, but they need to be updated. Luca is very helpful and attentive, and can respond to any problems immediately. You are alone in the house, which is an advantage.
