Negative: The ambience was pleasant. however, our stay was unfortunately marred by the presence of bed bugs in the room. That night, we experienced severe skin irritation that developed into red spots, disrupting our rest and overall comfort. It was quite disappointing to encounter such an issue, particularly given the room rate exceeding RM550. I sincerely hope the management will take this matter seriously and address it promptly to ensure better guest experiences in the future.
