Located in quite, peaceful and safe suburd, our character house is close to public transport, shopping centres, airport and parks - 15km to CBD and airport. You’ll love our place because of the location, cosiness and large outdoor area. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). A short distance walk to beautiful Canning River where you can relax yourself. The house is located within walking distance to the bus route that lead into the city. Shopping centres, airport and parks are within 15km.

- a. Strictly no smoking inside the house. $120 penalty applies. Smoking in outdoor area is allowed.
- b. Please respect the neighbours and no loud music is allowed at all time. Guests must not create noise which is offensive to neighbours especially between 10pm-8am, during arrival and departure at any time throughout the stay. Guests are to keep noise level to the minimal while at outdoor living area at all times.
- c. No pets are allowed inside the house.
- d. Check out time is 10am or a full day charge will incur.
- e. The property will only be cleaned or serviced at the end of your stay. If you need cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged for a fee.
- f. Key must be returned at the end of your stay. Lost of key will result in $45 replacement fee per key.
- g. Any illegal or inappropriate behaviour during the stay may result in instant eviction without any warning and deposit will be forfeited.
- h. No friends of guests to stay in the property without being authorised at initial booking, this is due to Air BNB's insurance policy requirements and for our security. Should you wish anyone to stay unexpectedly, please amend the booking online or contact us.
- i. We request the guests to return the property to us as clean and tidy as possible when departing, with all kitchenware back to it's place, all appliances in working order and no damage done to the property or its contents.
