Positive: Very convenient for the airport, comfortable beds
Negative: Difficult to work out how to get into gate in the dark. Electric gates but broken so need to push them. Broken glass and cigarette butts and weeds in driveway. Need extra seats inside so there are 5 seats. No lock on toilet door.
