This 2 story guesthouse formerly a carriage house built in 1900 is located in a historic neighborhood 1.5 miles to downtown San Antonio. A few blocks to the Emma Hotel at the Pearl by the Riverwalk and the St Mary's Strip which has local restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars with nightlife. Tobin Hill is home to a friendly mix of young professionals, families and retired folks. A short walk to San Antonio college and minutes away from UIW, UTSA downtown, and Trinity University.
The space
This quaint unit is towards the back of the property, behind the pool. The living, dining and kitchen are upstairs. Bedroom and restroom are downstairs. Backyard is tropical during spring, summer and fall. Winter most plants go dormant.
