Positive: Actually quite handy to have a washing machine and dryer as we had a two night lay-over between long international flights and its really nice to have fresh clothes, and no dirty laundry.....
Negative: Maybe a microwave would be a useful addition, and some bowls and cutlery ready to go, but otherwise no complaints and exactly as described and expected.
Summary: Exactly as described, cost effective and useful for less touristy activities, hikes, etc.
