Relax in the living room on the reclining sofa and love seat while watching the big screen TV. The electric fireplace adds great ambiance. Next to the living room is a cozy reading/visiting room with a futon that can sleep two.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and has a comfortable bar area which allows for great conversation during meal preparation. There is a large pantry near the kitchen and an extra refrigerator in the garage.
With the beautiful Arizona evenings, you may want to venture outside to the patio to enjoy the sunset while you barbecue. The patio has a retractable awning to shade the hot afternoon sun.
