Positive: The location is very nice and it gives you access to everything.

Negative: The place is supposed to have two beds but it only has one, the sofa-bed is an old run down sofa bed without actual bed lining. So, if you are not two people sleeping on the bed, then one ends up sleeping on a very dirty and hard frame with no access to bed lining. The room is also in bad condition and it seems like it is not thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, when we got there all the doors were open and anyone from outside could come in. It feels like a very insecure place, more should be done to restore and maintain the place in good condition. Also, the advertisement should say only one bed or buy an actual sofa-bed that fits and is proper to cather two people. The shared areas and bathroom were ok. However, one toilet for four rooms can lead to some trouble, it was not a problem for us but it could be for some guests.
