Summary: overall a good experience, good location and easy access to everything you need provided you rent a golf cart. the waterfront is beautiful but full of crocodiles and Iguanas that spends the day on your deck. The ad includes a shared swimming pool that gives the impression that it is shared by 1-2 neighbors but it belongs to the entire area including an entire condo complex. A good and clean house but the ad was somewhat exaggerated.
