You have found your lake retreat! Yay!
(Please see frequently asked questions at the very bottom.) Lakefront living at its finest! Enjoy this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths, located right ON the lake in the heart of Reynolds near the Ritz Carlton in an area called Marina Village. We are just steps away from the water and our dock. We are in the MAIN area of Reynolds -- which is the BEST place to be. We are NOT in Great Waters or the Landing (be sure to ask where the home is located!) WE are very close to restaurants, literally a 5-minute walk to the Linger Longer Marina where you can rent boats and other watercraft, and close to great walking trails in the MAIN area of Reynolds. Though so close to activities, our home is peaceful for we are in a quiet cove of the lake. Added bonus -- we have WIFI! (Be sure not to stay too close to Linger Longer Marina, especially during the summer...the boat loading equipment makes beeping sounds.) We are in the perfect location!
Enjoy the beautiful views of the lake! The main level offers an open floor plan with hardwoods throughout. Our three floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors offering stunning views of Lake Oconee. The kitchen is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops, and a raised breakfast bar.
The main level boasts an open floor plan, including a dining area and living area with fireplace -- ALL with views of the lake! We have WiFi and a large television in the main living area. A screened porch offers a nice place to relax under the shade trees and a great place to sit back and enjoy lake-side living! The second level has a master suite with lake views, queen bed, jetted tub, and separate shower. Two other bedrooms (one with a great lake view and one with a partial view) have queen beds as well. In addition, one of the upstairs bedrooms has a twin bed. A full bath off the upstairs hall is located between the two bedrooms. As a bonus, all three bedrooms have 32" televisions.
We have one of THE BEST places to swim and float right in our lake cove. Unfortunately, renters are not allowed per the rules of Reynolds to use the pools. However, renters may rent boats from the marina and eat in all the restaurants. Also, tennis privileges are available, with fees paid by the renter.
Lake Oconee has it all! It's a great place to enjoy golfing, tennis, fishing, boating, and jet skiing! It has picturesque walking trails and great roads for cycling.
It's also the perfect place to relax and unwind. Enjoy dinner at a restaurant at Reynolds or take a boat to a boat-in restaurant on the lake. We are a seven-minute walk to the marina where you can rent pontoon boats and jet skis by the hour! The spa at the Ritz Carlton is a wonderful place to unwind and pamper yourself! Pets are not allowed in our home. No exceptions. Sorry!

1. Can I bring my boat and dock it at your dock?
Yes and Yes! The Linger Longer Marina is just a one min drive from our home. We share our dock with our neighbors. We dock on the right side 24/7. Our dock is just steps from our back door. You must receive permission from the marina to leave your boat trailer there. Trailers cannot be parked at the cottage.
2. Can I bring a pet? No. Sorry! There are no exceptions.
3. Do you have a grill? Yes. We have a charcoal grill. Please bring charcoal.
4. Do you provide sheets and towels? Yes.
5. What kind of coffee maker do you have? We have TWO--
We have a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee (10 cup coffee pot)
6. What restaurants do you recommend? We have a binder in the home with a list of our favorite restaurants.
7. How close are you to the Ritz? Approximately 10 minutes.
8. How close are you to Publix? Approximately 10 minutes.
We are in the MAIN area of Reynolds...the best place to be!
9. Can we swim off of your dock! Sure! It's a great place to swim!
10. Tell me about the beds. Bedroom 1: Queen; Bedroom 2: Queen; Bedroom 3: Queen and a Twin.
11. Total # of people allowed? 6 (kids are counted in the headcount) :-)
12. Can I play golf? Yes, there are several public golf courses in the area.
13. Is there a place to rent jetskis and boats? Yes, call the Linger Longer Marina and reserve what you'd like to rent ahead of time.
