All NEW creek front, private pool beach house at South Litchfield Beach is currently under construction and ready to book now for 2026.
Located between creek and canal on the south end of Sportsman Drive, this home boasts beautiful saltmarsh views, a covered dock on the canal, and easy beach access via the canal footbridge.
Still under construction is the much-anticipated canal side saltwater pool! Once complete, the rectangular pool with heating option will have a tanning ledge on one end with stepped-down built-in bench seating, 4.5’ deep end, and covered deck with tiki bar.
The well-considered layout of the two-story home has on each floor a TV den, en suite bedrooms, furnished porches, and elevator access – perfect for family groups and travelers to share time together while having ready access to separate living spaces.
The ground floor also has elevator access as well as a grill, outdoor shower, and covered parking. Parking for one Jon boat-sized boat trailer is possible. Nearby is a small public boat launch on the opposite side of the canal.

Heating is available for an additional fee when outdoor temperatures maintain above 67 degrees. Minimum 24-hour notice required for heat to take effect.

BEACH ACCESS: Sandcastle on the Canal guests can find easy beach access by crossing the canal footbridge located one door south. Once over the bridge, the beach is straight ahead one short block down. Limited parking is available near any of the seven beach accessways in this community – most easily accessible for golf carts.
HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays only in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent of $250 for one dog or $375 for two dogs. Maximum 2 adult dogs.
