Positive: This is a nice little place, compact with all the necessary for a few nights stay. The communication with the host was easy, the flat very clean and cozy, quiet and in an excellent location, very close to metro/bus/train stations.
Negative: It was at the 3rd floor with no lift, but I knew it beforehand. Might be a bit of a problem if you have heavy luggage, but for me it was ok!
Summary: Great place!
