Welcome to our condo at Sea Fern Condominium located in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores. Sea Fern is located on the desired No Drive beach, however, as you can see from the pictures, there is an access a few hundred feet to the north for those who would like to drive on the beach.
Sea Fern is a wonderful building with a number of full time residents. We fell in love with the many features Sea Fern has to offer, including the nearly 1300 square feet of the 2 bedroom/2 bath unit and the open, unobstructed floor plan. The view from the 26x8 foot balcony is unbelievable! The balcony is accessible from the family room and master bedroom through hurricane proof sliding glass doors. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and views as far as the eye can see.
The open floor plan allows for beautiful ocean views as soon as you walk in the front door. The entire condo is recently updated with beautiful cabinets, quartz countertops, and a large eat-in island. The openness flows into the dining and family area, where again, the ocean views are remarkable.
From the family room, enjoy the spectacular ocean views from the leather furniture, including a sofa, loveseat, and chair. A new 70 inch flat screen TV with ROKU allows for maximum entertainment and relaxation with family and friends. The best feature of the living room is the view of the ocean through the sliding doors!
The condominium has a large master bedroom with a king-size bed and sliding glass doors that access the balcony. With the glass doors and the large window, you have a great view of the ocean while lying in bed. The master bedroom has ample closet space while also having a private, updated master bathroom. A new flat screen SmartTV with cable was installed and the décor has been updated!
The guest bedroom also has new décor with two Queen size beds and a new SmartTV as well. This is a large second bedroom! Even with two Queen beds, the room feels comfortable and spacious. There is a second full bathroom located in the hallway adjacent to the guest bedroom.
The entire condo features tile floors and the dining area comfortably seats four people, while having four bar top seats at the center island. Because of the open floor plan, ocean views can be seen throughout the kitchen. The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware and dishware and is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster oven, and coffeemaker… everything you might need during your stay. The unit also has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Wifi and cable tv is available in all three areas. Local and long distance calling is also available within the US and Canada. An added bonus that sets Sea Fern apart is the dog friendly environment. Guests can have up to two, well behaved, non-aggressive, housebroken dogs (1 year of age or older, no puppies), under 20 pounds accompany them during their stay. Don’t forget, all utilities are paid for during your stay.
Our unit is located on the fourth floor, south side of the building. The condominium offers a reserved covered parking spot with extra guest parking. There are two sets of stairs and an elevator. No steps are necessary to get up to or down from the unit. The condo has a beautiful ocean front pool with a large tanning deck, allowing for maximum relaxation during your stay. Please remember our unit is non-smoking.
As for the surrounding attractions, there is an abundance of things to do to keep the whole family busy. Golf carts and ATVs can be rented on the beach while jet skis, surfboards, paddleboards, and parasailing are available to rent for those who are more water adventurous. Deep Sea Fishing on a Party or Charter boats are available while boat trips on the intracoastal waterway can be a part of your vacation. The Sunglow Pier is a short walk to the north, featuring Crabby Joe's restaurant and fishing while the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse is a short drive to the south. Daytona Beach has amazing restaurants featuring fresh seafood.
Cancellation Policy: Unfortunately cancellations do happen. Our cancellation policy is as follows. If you cancel your stay 60 days before your date of scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 60 days, you will forfeit your damage deposit ($500). Cancellations less than 30 days of scheduled arrival, you will forfeit your damage deposit ($500) and 50% of total payment. If for any reason you need to leave early, no refunds will be issued.
Lastly, please know that Sea Fern has flexible change over dates during the off season. Typical stays are Saturday to Saturday, however, feel free to email with dates.
