Private, fully-fenced and gated 40-ft heated pool plus huge Jacuzzi/Endless swim-spa both facing the water. Outdoor cold-water shower. Several outdoor sitting and dining areas on the decks as well as on the beach. Dining for 20 on the covered porch (with comfortable fabric covered dining chairs) where you can barbecue and eat the fish you catch right off your back porch at high tide. Bluetooth outdoor speakers to pipe music from your phone or laptop. 7 large flatscreen TV's: 65-inch TV in LR plus large TV's in every bedroom, including approx. 70-inch in Master. Massive wrap terrace off master-suite with private entry from the street and direct access to pool, Spa and beach. Enjoy long walks on a secluded beach. Go kayaking (up to 10-people together) in the 5 kayaks provided. Watch exotic migratory shorebirds and unusual sea creatures, such as the almost extinct horseshoe crabs, dolphins and even the odd whale. Or do absolutely nothing and just enjoy the magnificent water-views and BREATHTAKING sunsets from this comfortable, whimsically decorated home with lots of hand-painted, distressed furniture, abstract art and distressed and hand-painted outdoor decking.

4. Four of the six BR's are on the 1st Level and have 2 kings, 2 queens and 1 full bed. Master BR on the 2nd Level has 1 king, full plus twin bunkbeds, 1 day bed, 1 queen sofa bed. Sixth upstair BR has 1 queen bed.
5. This home is on a private Bay beach with no lifeguards. It has wide tidal shifts similar Cape Cod beaches where the water goes far out from the house 2/3x daily.
6. Four of the 5 bathrooms are en-suite (1 is a Jack-and-Jill bath shared between two downstairs BRs with king beds in each) and the 5th bathroom (on the 2nd level) is tiny.
7. This Property DOES NOT permit cancellations.
