Professionally Decorated Condo in Avalon at Clearwater complex - 2 bedroom, 2 bath
This condo is everything you need for a family up to 6 people. This unit has 1100 sq. ft. were the common aria includes a beautiful living room with SMART TV and a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa.
The kitchen has everything you need for the everyday meal preparation. The master bedroom features a king bed, a fully renovated bathroom and a walk-in closet and provides a flat screen TV.
Second bedroom has two double beds and easy access to a second bathroom with glass shower.
Everything you need is included: high speed internet, USA and Canada unlimited calls, linen, pillows and covers, bath towels, iron and iron board, hair dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, etc. You will also find a “in unit” washer and dryer facility.
The condo is located on the 3rd and last floor of a walkup building inside the Avalon at Clearwater - gated community complex.
For your trip to the beach: beach towels, beach umbrella, portable chairs and cooler are also available for guests use.
We provide a small starter supply of disposable household necessities for your stay: shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dishwasher pod (detergent), laundry detergent pod, paper towels, toilet paper.
Notes:
The buildings of The Avalon complex do not have elevators.
Rates are based on 4 guests; add $15 per night, per additional guest.
Upon completion of booking, we require a valid ID for short term rental application with the complex's administration.
For everyone's safety we have an outdoor surveillance camera covering the front door.
