Summary: We had some challenges with items in the home. Some things needed maintenance, cleaned, or repaired because they were not working. The garage door opener was not working. It had to be replaced with a new one. We asked for the carpets to be cleaned and this was taken care quickly. One sink in the master bathroom couldn’t be used because the water would not flow out of the faucet. A maintenance person tried to replace it but was unable to due to the original installation in years past. It was going to be a major repair and may have required removing the counter top. It was a little frustrating since we needed to be home when maintenance or repairman was going to work on something. The management service was very good to work with. The sofa in the tv room needs replaced. It is worn out and has no support. You would sink down so far it was hard to get off the sofa to stand. NOW FOR THE GOOD. We stayed for 2 months. The house is in a very nice neighborhood with large green space and playground equipment. It was great for walking our dog. It is close to two different grocery stores, several restaurants, Starbucks, fitness center, massage etc. 10 minutes to different shopping centers and movie theaters. The house had a nice selection of kitchen items, large dining area, beds were very comfortable, a covered patio had nice seating for several people along with a small fridge. A great grill which we used. We would stay there again.
