The Avenues of Waco is a welcome alternative to cramped hotel accommodations. We provide an entire house for you and your family/friends/loved ones to enjoy and rest in Waco, just steps away from the Magnolia Silos, Baylor, and downtown.

Master bedroom has a king bed; bedroom 2 has queen bed; bedroom 3 has two twin beds. Two super comfortable sofas in living room sleeping one person each. Total of 8 sleeping spaces in the house. (We also have air mattresses available if you have more than 8 people.)

Summary: Two moms driving in from Central Texas for a campus tour of Baylor. We had a fantastic time. We played games and roasted s’mores by the fire. If our daughters choose the university, we will definitely be regulars at this house. Beds also very comfortable however, the sound of cars outside had me using my White Noise maker on my phone.
