Beach View Home On Cape San Blas
Dune Fine is a beautiful first tier beach home on North Cape San Blas with gorgeous views of both the beach and bay from the 3 levels of decks. It is nicer than other beach rentals and the pictures really don't do it justice. Dune Fine is richly appointed with a 46" flat panel LCD tv in the Living Room, granite counter tops in the gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors throughout the house, and a private in-ground heated pool with integrated kiddie pool and pergola for shade. Pool heat is optional, and an additional fee is required.
Dune Fine is the tallest building in the area allowing you to enjoy unobstructed sunrise and sunset views all year round. Two decks with chairs off the crow's nest are great for relaxing in the sun or under the stars. The wet bar in the crow's nest makes it a great place to enjoy a cold beverage while taking in the panoramic views.
One of the great features of Dune Fine is privacy. Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, with a short boardwalk to the beach just steps from the door. Only 3 other homes (1 next door and; 2 in front) share this area of the beach, boardwalk, & dock insuring privacy.
Dune Fine has two master bedrooms, each with a King bed, private bathroom, and doors to the deck. The Gulf side master has a 42" flat panel HDTV. The Bay side master bedroom has a 39" flat panel HDTV. Main floor bedroom has two bunk beds, one with two twins, and one with a twin and double. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room and twin day bed in crow's nest loft. In total, Dune Fine can sleep 12 guests. Stay connected with the free Wireless Internet or relax in the air conditioning while watching cable TV or a movie on one of the 4 flat panel HDTVs. Each TV is equipped with an Amazon Fire TV Stick to stream movies from your personal account.
Bay access via community dock is right across the street which is ideal for launching kayaks or paddle boards. Bay depth near the dock is shallow and varies with the tide. Boat launch just down the street at the State Park.
Gourmet kitchen has beautiful granite counters with five seats at the bar, hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances. Private outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
This wonderful beach house is located on the north end of Cape San Blas where the bluest waters are found. The Cape is a stretch of land that runs North-South, therefore the beach house sees the most beautiful sunrises over the bay and sunsets over the Gulf all year long. The area is family friendly, beaches are rarely crowded, and it is especially quiet by this community. Cape San Blas has been rated the #1 beach in America. The Cape is 15 minutes to Port St. Joe, and 30 minutes to Apalachicola or Mexico Beach, for your shopping and dining pleasure.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Dune Fine! The location was perfect, we loved being so close to town and riding bikes around. The beach access was super close and easy to use. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We were also big fans of the dock on the bay and used it everyday. Coastal Joe was great with anything we needed during our stay. We would definitely stay here again. These are very minor but just thought we would mention because they would be easy fixes - a Keurig coffee pot would be a great addition as well as a tv in the kids bunk room. Although they would rarely be inside to watch, they do enjoy watching movies together at night. Other than that, great house with great amenities and the best location on the Cape!
