Magnificent apartment located 2 km from the port and beach, in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Manilva, Duquesa de la Villa. It features 5 swimming pools, a paddle tennis court, and beautiful gardens.
The apartment offers a beautiful view of two swimming pools and gardens as well as the countryside and the Andalusian coastline. It is air-conditioned and has been completely painted and decorated. The floors and bathrooms are made of local marble.
It has a large living room extended by a vast terrace with a dining area and a comfortable lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and laundry room with washing machine and iron. Summary: I like the apartment but the knives in the kitchen need to be replaced, and some of the pots and pans. There are one pan and one pot that can be used for cooking, the other ones are unhealthy to use. Otherwise it is ok.
