Distinctive quality custom built five bedroom, three bath home along the East River in Crested Butte South. The open living, dining, and kitchen area is great for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen with island features granite tile counters & gas range. With vaulted ceilings, a dining table that seats 8, a gas fireplace, cozy furniture, and a flat screen TV, you're bound to enjoy every moment! Off of the living area is a private deck with gas grill and outdoor seating area. Separate outdoor fireplace area is great for toasting s'mores!
Located in CB South just 7 miles from the town of Crested Butte, this home offers a quiet setting close to everything. A coffee shop, liquor store, grocery, and Tully's restaurant are all within walking distance from the house, or a quick drive into CB offers more shopping, restaurants, and skiing! In addition, hiking, biking, and nordic trails can be accessed right around the corner from the house. Free shuttle service every 30 minutes to Crested Butte town and Mount crested Butte. The stop is a 0.4 mile walk from house.Eagle View has it all!

Summary: We couldn’t have asked for a more warm welcoming, cozy clean property for a much needed respite from the heat! The owners have gone to a lot of trouble to share their home, which is generously stocked from the kitchen to the bookshelf!
