The space
Enjoy your perfect Easthampton vacation at our newly renovated home --- NEW FURNITURE,, KITCHEN WARE, BEDDING , MATTRESSES --- THE WORKS!!! Nothing beats being 20 yards from the ocean. Ocean views from the upstairs bedrooms, and literally across the street is the beach! (We are talking 50 yards max!)

Here is some info of the home:
There are two downstairs bedrooms with Queen size beds. They share a white marble bathroom with a large shower, toilet and sink with plenty of counter space and storage.
Upstairs there is a large room with one KING size bed, desk, smart TV with a connecting bathroom featuring a bath tub. Directly across from this room is another room with 2 sets of extra long twin mattress "Adult" bunk beds . Home gets GORGEOUS sunrises and sunsets!
The Grand Master bedroom features a king size bed, smart 55” TV and a one of a kind modern glass chandelier and floor to ceiling windows that face the bay that give off incredible waterviews --- the sunset is to die for! Our bay has the best sunsets in all of Easthampton. The white marble bathroom is newly renovated with double sinks, a steam room, and a gorgeous free standing tub. The Grand Master bedroom also features a massive walk-in closet that doubles as a study and/or a nursery. This room is perfect for someone who needs a quiet space to work or for a family to share with a young child. There’s a large round table with two chairs perfect for a working from home set up and absolute quiet from the rest of the house.
Down the hall is the Guest Master bedroom -- it is in its own private area and features floor to ceiling windows that overlook the gorgeous pool and spacious backyard. There is a 55” Smart TV, walk in closet with vanity and chair and a bathroom featuring double sinks and a steam shower.
Downstairs there is a formal dining room that seats 14 people, a living room with multiple board games to play that are perfect for family/group games, and a separate sunroom for a casual, shaded poolside hangout area with its own TV and ping-pong table.
POOL - There is very large pool with a, spacious deck featuring pool loungers for 10, two outdoor tables for 8 and Toys!
Bocce ball is available for use.
The yard around the pool is a full acre with luscious landscaping.
KITCHEN: This massive white marble kitchen is perfect for someone who likes to cook and grill! There is plenty of counter space, storage space, etc. Cooking utensils, basic spices and ingredients are available for your use.
The best part? We are across the street from the Three Mile Harbor Bay with our neighborhood's own easy access.. Longboards and kayaks are available to rent for your enjoyment. Enjoy your perfect Easthampton vacation at our newly renovated home.
LOCATION - we are 4 minutes from the best restaurants in East Hampton -- Nick & Toni's and Serafina's! We are 7 minutes from the grocery store, movie theater and all other main shopping attractions in East Hampton. Walking distance to the harbor and to a local convenience store.
Amenities: Towels, Fresh Sheets, Dishes, Appliances, everything is provided. A pool man will be there every Wednesday or Friday to clean the pool.
Someone will be there to walk you through the home to make sure to answer any questions.
Please keep in mind: No bachelorette/bachelor parties allowed. No parties are allowed to be hosted on the premises.
Guest access
The guest has access to the house, pool and yard, etc.

We have a four night minimum and have an age requirement of 27 years old.
By making a reservation, the GUESTS voluntarily accept all risk of personal injury, death and property damage for themselves, other GUESTS listed below or anyone else on Premises with our permission, which injury or damage results from use on our Premises and/or its amenities.
Furthermore, the GUEST(s) agree to not make claim or sue against property OWNERS or any of their employees, businesses, family members, or related entities for any bodily injury, death, or property damage that may incur. The GUEST shall indemnify and hold harmless the OWNER against and from any and all expenses, costs, suits, damages, actions and liabilities arising from any and all loss of damage of personal property, injury or death resulting from the use of the Premises, its amenities, pool, hot tub, grounds and or ocean/bay use. I understand that by making a reservation I release Owner and agents from any and all liability with respect to any claims brought by invitees for any damage or injury.
