Summary: Our check in as easy.townhome was cute but most of the pots were messed up and scratched.handles falling off.Second night my kids were screaming about some flies in his room.We didn’t makenothing of it till my husband and I went upstairs and found bunch of wings laying around on dresser and all over the sheets.Few minutes later we noticed bunch of bugs crawling all over my kids sheets and their toys.Contacted manager right away that night. My younger child has anxiety with really bad OCD.We didn’t sleep all night trying to calm him down and washing all their stuffed animals and their pillows that they brought with them.Next day was his 11th bday we were supposed to go to nintendos world but we were exhausted and just went quickly to the store to buy some food.We were sitting and waiting till evening for different house to move to.Wasted all night and day.Traumatized my kid, and we were not offered anything to make this situation at least a bit better.We left the house 30 min after check out because we were still cleaning garbage and making sure all is clean.We rent through VRBO often.Never had issues.Our property manager was a disgrace. Hold on,today I received a bill for over 300 for damaged towels,sheets and some cups.Totally not true!I am noticing this is common practice of this lady.Trying to rip people off in the end.After all this awfulness.I do not recommend any property that is managed by this lady.Termites infested houses!Probably need money for pest control!
