Positive: The room is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. Equipment, items in the kitchen and in the bathroom, use luxury brands, new items, easy to use, have a full range of items. There is a washing machine and laundry detergent. There is a dishwasher and dishwashing liquid for free. There is a balcony overlooking the city and the lake is very beautiful.
Negative: No dryer matchine. You have to walk up the stairs to escape 1 floor because the apartment is on the 24th floor, but there is an elevator up to the 23rd floor only.
