THE VILLA IS EQUIPPED WITH AIR CONDITIONING IN TWO ROOMS, 1 SPLIT IN THE LIVING ROOM AND 1 SPLIT IN THE SLEEPING AREA AND THEY ARE TIMED (FROM 20 TO 8 AND FROM 12 TO 15) THE COST IS INCLUDED IN THE CONSUMPTIONS. INSIDE THE VILLA THE AREAS ARE SO DISTINCT: 3 BEDROOMS (2 DOUBLE 1 DOUBLE BEDROOM), THE BATHROOMS ARE 2 ALL WITH SHOWER. THE FURNITURE ARE CHOSEN WITH TASTE AND CARE FOR DETAILS. THEY HAVE WELCOMING AND COMFORTABLE SPACES TO ENJOY THE PEACE OF THIS VILLA IMMERSED IN THE GREEN OF A TREE PARK AND PARTLY IN GREEN MEADOW WITH PATHS SURROUNDED BY GINEPRES AND MEDITERRANEAN STAIN COVERED ALL YEAR BY SPECIALIZED STAFF.
