Emerald Hub 1 is one half of Emerald Hub, with its own entrance, kitchen, lounge room, bathroom and a shared swimming pool.
Emerald Hub 1 is the main house with access to a shared swimming pool, just moments from the beach. Rented separately, you will have a quiet space to sleep with up to 6 guests by renting Emerald Hub 1, or simply have the best of both worlds and rent the entire property to yourself when you rent Emerald Hub 1 and 2.
Able to be booked in conjunction with Emerald Hub 2 to sleep at total of 11 guests if required. Emerald Hub 1 sleeps a total of 6 guests comfortably, there are two bedrooms with double beds and built in robes, and a third bedroom with a queen bed. Fully equipped with a kitchen with a spacious fridge, electric cooktop, oven and microwave for dining in with the family. Enjoy the outdoors - there is a BBQ in the undercover area outside with outdoor furniture to take in the pool view. Please note that the balcony and pool are shared areas and may be in use by other guests during your stay. A great opportunity to meet like-minded people on your travels!
The property is also pet friendly with a fenced yard, please contact us if you wish to bring a pet. A 100 pet fee applies and agreement to our pet policy. Guests must advise of any pets at the time of booking.
The main lounge room is spacious with two family size couches and large flat screen TV, and of course Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience. Drive straight in and park undercover, there is plenty of room to let the kids run around and play in this secure property, set back in a quiet cul-de-sac.

Only 9 minutes drive to Woolgoolga, 3 minutes to Moonee Beach and 19 minutes to Coffs Harbour with an arrange of activities available from skydiving, surfing, big banana theme park, scuba diving and much more. Only 850 meters from the beach!

Summary: Emerald beach is a lovely spot. We did spend a lot of time driving to Coff’s most days for tourist attractions for kids. We really enjoyed our stay at the property however we found people staying right next door a little uncomfortable. Especially on check out day
