Positive: Staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is great; very close to the beach and eateries. The room is clean and has what you need. They even provide dental kits.
Negative: We purchased a premium room which we had to pay separately for and not through booking.com and we are hassled about the room booking getting cancelled if we did not pay in time even though booking.com said the booking is confirmed. For a premium room, the finishing of the room was poor and there was mold on the bottom of the tiles in the bathroom. The bed is also small for a premium room. I’m not that tall.
Summary: Good but could be better.
