Summary: Pictures are rather deceptive, apartment not as big as pictures make out and minimal renovation. Needs updating to flooring, fridge internal leakage on produce, rusty washing machine, shower enclosure and change of toilet or removal of heavy lime scale and biday (biday wasn't used). Didn't feel safe sitting at unstable dining table. Had to avoid large nail fixed to table and needed to stick down flooring edges due to continually tripping. For 5 days, due to rain, a fixed wire from outside leaked water into the kitchen resulting in mop up duties. Plumbing odour... Can be very unpleasant. Very reliable internet, home and neighbourhood safe and secure. Clean bedding and towels. Heating, which was needed was readily available. Ran out of gas for cooking, unable to get replacement due to timing, which cheesed us off. Returning to Turkiye again in few months but want stay here, we would pay more for better facilities and actual modern renovations. The ad used catch words and phrases but the tiny apartment didn't live up to it.
