Spread out in 2,700 sq ft, then step onto one of six private decks for golden-hour sunsets. Stroll 5 minutes to the uncrowded, pet-friendly beach—no tags, no worries—or launch adventures from the private fishing pier, community pool, canoe/kayak, and 4 adult bikes.
Inside: a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with new stainless, granite, and generous seating; two living areas with Smart TVs (Bose surround in the great room); fast Wi-Fi; games and puzzles; and Smart TVs in every bedroom.
We’ve thought of the little ones (high chair, booster, Pack ’n Play) and the details (beach chairs/wagons/umbrellas/boogie boards, outdoor shower, gas grill, washer/dryer, extra ice machine, robust 2-zone HVAC, and parking for 4).
Prime location in North Bethany -walk to Delaware Seashore State Park, and minutes to the boardwalk, dining, and shops—plus easy hops to Rehoboth, Dewey, Fenwick & Lewes Ferry Terminal.
