The apartment is ideally located in the center of Erquy 200 meters from the shops and the beach and 600 meters from the port.
The apartment is composed of:
- an entrance,
- a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed
- a room with two 90 x 200 cm beds
- a beautiful living room with open kitchen (equipped with four hotplates, a microwave, an oven, an American refrigerator and a large freezer),
- a separate toilet
- a bathroom with a large sink and a shower of 90x180 cm.
The two bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen have direct access to the terrace of 45 m², facing south, nicely wooded and furnished.
The bedding has been completely changed in 2018.
The apartment is on the first floor of a modern building, equipped with a lift.
Erquy will allow you to enjoy its 7 sandy beaches and its many recreational water and cultural activities. You can go fishing, sailing, kayaking, diving, stand-up paddling, kite surfing, hiking, horse riding, tennis ... You will be 15 minutes by car from Cap Fréhel, 45 minutes from Saint-Malo, 1h30 from Bréhat, 45 minutes from Dinan and 1h40 from Mont Saint Michel.
Linen can be provided at extra cost: € 10 / single bed and € 15 / double bed. This price includes one towel per person.
