This well-kept house is located in a completely fenced rustic farm of about 15,000 m² on the outskirts of Santa María del Camí and about 5 kilometers from the wonderful town of Alaró.
The house has a constructed area of ​​300 m². On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace and kitchen with breakfast bar, pantry, a bedroom with bathroom en suite and a toilet and another living room with fireplace. On the first floor of the west wing there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom, and on the first floor of the east wing there are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a community room. In addition the house has a large terrace at the front, another terrace at the back, pool with sun terrace with barbecue terrace and a covered parking for 2 cars as well as having parking for four more cars.
The lounge area invites you to take a nap on the comfortable sofa, watch TV, surf the Internet or enjoy the tranquility and silence of nature. The attached dining room has a table and chairs for 8 people. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the pool.
The porch is a chill out area with a table and seating so you can relax outdoors. On the terrace there is also the barbecue to enjoy a summer afternoon with your family and friends, and the pool measuring 3. 5 x 7 meters. The house has no direct neighbors so privacy and tranquility are absolute.
Santa María del Camí is a pretty village near the mountains, which will allow you to get to know the most authentic Mallorca, and the road to Palma is easily accessible.
