Positive: Good location in town. Walking distance to S Bahn train and shopping. Elevator, laundry, parking, and a nice balcony.
Negative: Missing key kitchen items. Only 2 fans (no A/C) and unable to leave windows open due to downtown street noise. So, if someone needs to sleep on the couch, they are out of luck.
