AWESOME CUSTOM TOWNHOUSE WITH POOL located at the end of the Promenade - 1 house from Beach! This 6 bed, 3.5 bath is well cared for and it shows. Steps to one of the best beaches on the Island with amazing ocean views. Backyard has a large pool with private bar and TV. 1st floor has 3 bedrooms. One is a Master suite with private deck and full bathroom. The middle bedroom has a Pyramid bunk (twin over full) plus a separate twin bed. The other bedroom has a queen bed. 2nd floor has the living room with a covered deck, dinning room and kitchen. There is a den (6th bedroom) with a queen sofa bed and TV. Top floor has 2 master suites, one is a queen bed and the other is the King with private deck facing east. Both suites have over sized private bathrooms. Besides being a beautiful home with beach front views, step out to the private yard and enjoy an amazing set up with a pool, outdoor bar with built in beverage refrigerator, outside TV.
