This 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse located on the east end of Panama City Beach (family friendly end) is recently remodeled & upgraded throughout! It is across the street from beach access #6.
FREE PARKING dedicated for your stay directly in front of the townhome. Outdoor pool for days when the surf is too rough for little ones, outdoor furniture, gas grill and fire pit for fall evenings. Fenced grass covered courtyard only for residents and guests of this 18 unit complex. Perfect for small families.
Reservation includes a beach chair service that puts out and takes down two chairs and an umbrella for your each day (15 Mar - 15 Oct). There are a few other beach chairs at the property as well as a wagon to take items to the beach.
Schooner's, Cantina Del Mar, Miss Newby's & Patches are just a few of the restaurants in walking distance.
Publix Sports Complex is just a short distance away if visiting for one of the many ball tournaments.
All linens to include beach towels are provided. Fully equipped kitchen for family meals.

Summary: This is our second time staying here and I have not a single thing to complain about. The property is always spotless. Everything is labeled and easy to find. It is the perfect walking distance to the beach and the pool is never crowded. We will for sure be back again!
