4 Bedroom House in Prescott

This is a one bedroom (sleeps 2), loft (sleeps 4) and one bath home. The basement has a small bath and a full size lofted bed. The couch can be made into a full sleeping two comfortably. We fully remodeled this home ourselves to be a place to get away as a family and share with friends. Indoor fireplace as well as a outside fire pit. A great porch to sit and enjoy the outside with lots of outdoor space to enjoy as we are on the edge of national forest. A creek across the street a short walk down the hill near the volunteer firestation as well as 3 miles from Lynx Lake. Near mountain biking, hiking, fishing and outdoor fun.
We are located just outside of downtown about 13 miles away and there are grocery stores etc within 7 miles. Dogs are welcome if they are house broken and well behaved.
Driveway is 1/4 mile dirt road 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive required.

Summary: My family and I had a wonderful time at this cabin. There is ample amount of room for activities. The home had everything we needed, which made it very convenient and my kid had a wonderful time. Only thing I will notice is you definitely need all-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive to make it up the driveway to the home other than that it was a great experience.
