Vacation with ease in this children-friendly home equipped with all the toys, gear, and necessities you may need for your family. This house is located in the Warren Park Neighborhood with the Humber River and a large shaded playground right around the corner.
With four bedrooms, a backyard trampoline, a playroom stocked with toys, and a washer & dryer, this is the perfect home for a family looking to stay in Toronto.
We renovated this home in 2022 with a focus on creating a functional space for our family. It features a large Master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, heated floors, and a walk-in closet. A second bathroom upstairs is in close proximity to the children's rooms and is equipped with bath toys, tear-free shampoo, and a step stool for easy access to the sink.
The main floor features an open-concept living area with access to the backyard, a large living room, a powder room, and a brand-new kitchen with a large eat-in island perfect for entertaining.
The walk-out basement features a large recreation room with sliding patio doors to the backyard, tons of toys for kids, and a large TV. It's the ideal place for kids to play while the parents are having a quiet moment upstairs.
The basement also features an office that can convert to a Queen size guest room plus a full bath and storage room.
2 car driveway is available out front, plus a large tree swing for children to play. Lastly, the backyard is equipped with a patio, BBQ & trampoline.
